iOS 15.6 beta 1 update

Officially, this upgrade is now available exclusively to the developer, but if the user has a beta profile compliant, anyone can install it. But it’s important to get to grips with all the specifics of the new offering, so why should it be installed?

As is customary in such situations, the debut build does not have any special innovations, but only acts as a basis for future add-ons, which will be part of the new versions. Of course, we’d like to think that all the innovations in iOS 15.6 beta 1 will be serious and impressive, useful in practice, and not like the situation with the last update.

What were the new features in 15.5?

If we talk about the last update, there were a number of changes, but you can’t say they were major. These are more minor, cosmetic changes:

1. A new look for the request and send key using Apple Cash.
2. A new name for the physical card -Titanium Card.
3. The new name of the money transfer function in messages is now called Apple Cash.
4. The name of cards when adding Wallet is now called Apple Account Card.
5. New notification of options to pay for subscriptions or purchases using other services.
6. Ability to delete old podcasts stored in memory and restriction feature.
7. Fixed automation bug with HomeKit.
8. Users can lock photo location in Memories.
9. Full use of Universal Control feature.

Of course, the new update will not appear until the conference, which is scheduled for early summer. It means that some innovations and changes will be announced by the company’s representative already at the event.  For example, it could be the Apple Music app for classical music. A separate application is required as there are some peculiarities in playback. The bottom line is that in most cases there is a splitting of concerts into chunks for easy playback, but the recommendations are rarely different. And to avoid this, the features of the app need to be changed.

Installing iOS 15.6 beta 1

If one has access to a developer account, as well as a beta profile that is fully compliant with all the parameters, then the user has the option to perform the installation. And all that is required to do so is:

1. Go to the official website and download the file.
2. In the settings, select the appropriate menu.
3. Set a profile in the updates section.
4. Locate and carry out the installation.

But it is best to save a backup before doing so. This will be especially important if there are any problems during installation. Of course, this is rare, but it’s better to protect yourself.

Of course, many people say there’s no need to update just yet, because this is the first build and it’s not yet stable. Also, there are no new features to install just yet.  So it’s better to wait for them to come out before upgrading.
